Though the process is simple, this tutorial will show how to prepare and use your flashcart to play games.

Things needed
- A Computer
- A Micro SD Card
- A Micro SD Adapter
- A DS Flash Cart (get one here)
- Nintendo DS/DSl/DSi
- Your Flashcart's firmware (Varies depending on your flashcart)



First, you'll need to prepare your sd card. Insert the sd card into the PC. It should appear under My Computer:






Right Click the Drive, and select Format. Make sure to set the File System to FAT and press Start:






Next, you'll need to drop your firmware into the root of your sd card. Download it from your flashcart's manufactorer's site (i'm using Acekard). if the firmware is zipped, unzip it then place the files into the root.






After, your firmware is on your Micro SD Card. Drop a .nds rom onto the root. Your sd card should look like this:






Safely remove your sd card from the pc and insert into the flash cart. Insert the flash cart into your DS and Enjoy!
